Supplied items can only be returned if not used or opened. That is only when specified description and specification do not match the delivered item. Upon delivery, the clients signs an acceptance form conforming the item supplied is exactly as requested.
We stop supplying if
- The client defaults payment repetitively.
- When the client is no more trusted
- When the client does no longer need the items
- When we realize there is a serious breach on our agreed-upon terms and conditions.

No. We deliver the items needed and we arranged with our customers on a payment plan that is favorable with them. You do no need to have money to order from our office all items you need. Either a fixed date of payment, or payment can be received in installement over an agreed upon period of time.
